Admin Tasks

ServiceLink Admin Tasks allow staff to manage specific features or settings within the application. Access to the features in Admin Tasks are dependent on your system privileges and are generally granted based on your duties and responsibilities, such as entering layoffs or approving employers. For more information about how system privileges are granted, please view Staff Account Approval.

Administrative privileges that have been granted to you are available by selecting Admin Tasks in your left-hand navigation menu.
